Exchange:

You may exchange your New & Unused Samsung product within 7 days of purchase with any other Samsung product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. Damaged, scratched and used items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Your item must be in its original packaging to be suitable for an exchange.
Any remaining balance from the exchange may be credited to your account and eligible to be used within 1 year.
You can exchange items bought on sale with other sale items only.

Refunds:
No Cash refunds are accepted. Store credit on your account may be applicable as long as product is eligible for return.
